Abstract
目的研究在临床上验证急性乙型肝炎(乙肝)时,血清中HBV-DNA被清除机制.方法总结12例急性乙肝患者血清中HBV-DNA定量和乙肝病毒标志物的动态变化规律.结果 66.7%的患者血清HBV清除发生于患者入院之前.乙肝病毒标志物中HBsAg、HBeAg的吸光度(A值)在住院期间逐渐下降,直至阴转.结论急性乙肝时,绝大部分患者HBV-DNA的清除可能是通过非细胞溶解机制.
