Abstract
目的 探讨经外周穿剌置入中心静脉导管术(PICC)在晚期肿瘤患者应用中的并发症及其预防措施.方法对2004年8月～2005年7月我院肿瘤科住院的晚期肿瘤患者105例次应用PICC的资料分析、总结.结果本组患者PICC置管期间出现静脉炎4例,占3.81%,1例因护理操作不当发生连接器裂痕占0.95%.结论对肿瘤患者应用中心静脉置管术是非常安全的,也是非常必要的,只要予以充分的重视,其并发症是可以得到很好控制的。
