Abstract
Daytime sleepiness is one of the most important complaints in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome. The epworth sleepiness scale is widely used as an internationally accepted measure of sleepiness. This article summerizes the evaluation of the epworth sleepiness scale in diagnosis of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome.
