Study on the new medical professionalism education and assessment model

Greater demands have been raised in medical professionalism education by the current society.How to conduct medical professionalism education and assessment effectively and train medical students who are academically and ethically competent is a key research project that medical schools should emphasize.This paper aims to give a clear definition of professionalism,and analyzes the internal and external factors which affect the training of students' professionalism,so as to conduct corresponding teaching and multiple forms of assessment and produce medical students with new professionalism.
