The pregnancy rate in the women was determined. Results There was significant difference in the detection rate of intrauterine lesions between vs. 10.29%,P<0.01). The detection rate of intrapelvic diseases differed significantly between laparoscopy and HSG (80.88% vs. 23.53%,P<0.01). The postprocedural pregnancy rate was 35.29%.Conclusions HSG combined with hysteroscopy and laparoscopy can visually and highly accurately find the causes of infertility,is beneficial for the treatment of intraurine and intrapelvic diseases, and has a higher postprocedural pregnancy rate. It is currently one of the best procedures in the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility and is worth popularizing clinic ally.
