Abstract
目的探讨晚期青光眼手术治疗效果和术中暂时性视力丧失的原因及预防.方法对36例(48眼)管状视野或颞侧视岛青光眼患者施行小梁切除术,观察和分析视力、视野、眼压变化.结果出院时视力提高26眼(54.2%),不变20眼(41.7%),眼压＜21 mmHg(1 mmHg=0.133kPa)42眼(87.5%).随访16例(26眼),平均时间10月,视力提高和不变23眼(88.5%),眼压＜21 mmHg 22眼(84.6%),14眼术后1年复查视野,较术前改善和无变化12眼(85.7%).结论手术治疗晚期青光眼对于维持残余视功能是积极有效的.
