Anti-tumor effects of galangin

Abstract
Galangin is a natural flavonoid,extracted from the root of galangal,and it is an important medical composition of galangal.A lot of researches show that galangin possesses various biological activities,researchers also find it has many anti-tumor mechanisms,including inhibiting proliferation,promoting apoptosis,accelerating autophagy and inhibiting metastasis of tumor cells.
