Abstract
Among all industry, Tourism is one of the fastest growing industry in the world. It produce not only product but services, employment, foreign currency and investment too. Tourism industry helps to increase overall economy. The present research paper is based on secondary source, data has been collected from various research papers, websites, articles, and authentic journals, to examine issues of human resource in tourism industry and possible solution of the issues. it will decrease the employment turnover ratio and that will lead to stability, growth and overall development of the tourism industry in India.
