Abstract
In elderly patients with general anesthesia, it is feasible to manage the airway by ultrasound or fiberoptic bronchoscopy with laryngeal mask. Ultrasound positioning laryngeal mask improves the accuracy of the intraoperative ventilation, and reduces the incidence of postoperative airway related complications.
