Abstract
This research aims to understand the phenomenon of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Conventional Bank has been listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data are used in this research is secondary data obtained in finished form. The population in this research is the conventional banking company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2008-2014. The sampling method used is purposive sampling and Check List data. The final samples for this research were 133 samples from 19 conventional banks. The method from this research is content analysis. The result of this research has focused in a phenomenon of disclosure CSR activity. The result showed that conventional banking is still focused on the disclosure indicator of labor practices (LA) and the public disclosure of performance indicators (SO).
