Abstract Malonsäure‐Dinatriumsalz (I) setzt sich mit Natriumhypochlorit im alkalischen Medium zum Mesoxalat (III) um, wobei wahrscheinlich intermediär die Dichlor‐dicarbonsäure (II) gebildet wird.
