Following our previous work on the shape sensitivity analysis with the isogeometric boundary element mehthod (IGBEM), we have establised the prototype of the shape optimization program for 3D acoustic scattering problems. To verify the program, we solved a shape optimization problem to determine the optimal radius of a sphere so that the sound pressure at a certain point can be maximized.
