EVALUATE THE EFFECTIVENESS OF PARTIALLY EDENTULOUS PATIENT WITH FIXED CERAMIC PROSTHODONTICS

Abstract

Background: With the higher development of our society, nowadays people more and more care about their oral problems. Ceramic fixed prosthodontics is the first solution which people choose to satisfy them both the esthetics and function. Materials and Methods: The method is clinical progress treated on 50 patients who want to make ceramic prosthodontics at the Faculty of Odonto – Stomalogy, Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Departement of Odonto – Stomalogy, Hue Central Hospital from March 2010 to April 2011. Results: After fixing: color of crown: 82.27% good, 17.73% rather, shape of crown: 88.61% good, 11.39% rather. After fixing 3 months: color of crown: 88% patients evaluate well. Shape of crown: 90% patients evaluate well. Conclusion: 94% patients feel fixed ceramic prosthodontics satisfy them both the esthectics and function.
