Abstract
As the problems existed in the equipment maintenance management work in colleges and universities,according to the actual situation of equipment maintenance in Binzhou University,this paper adopts the information management mode and uses Microsoft VS2010 to design and develop the equipment maintenance management system that is based on B/S model.It shares database management system of the fixed asset of university and realizes the data real-time update and the process-information management,such as maintenance information declare acceptance,maintenance information provided by the audit,maintenance information remind,maintenance information statistical summary,single equipment maintenance record tracking query,cost accounting and settlement.Practice shows that the design improves the efficiency of the equipment maintenance work and promoting the smooth progress in the school teaching and scientific research.
