Abstract
A new phenolic derivative, artopithecin K (1), was isolated from the twigs of Artocarpus pithecogallus. Its structure was elucidated based on extensive spectroscopic analyses. Compound 1 was evaluated for the inhibitory activity against tyrosinase.
