Abstract
Pituitary gland (hypophysis) produces many hormones that regulate homeostasis. Pituitary tumor can cause various symptoms depending on increase or decrease of one or more of hormones. We present a case of pituitary tumor that increased secretion of prolactin (prolactinoma) in a male patient resulting in enlargement of breast and increase of lactation. Prolactinoma is benign tumor that is rare in men, diagnosed by MRI or MSCT pituitary tumor and quantification of prolactin in blood. If diagnosis and treatment are done early when the tumor size is small, the patient have a good prognosis. Key words: Pituitary tumor, secreting prolactin
