Effective Management of School Violence Prevention

A minority of aggressive students may have very good social skills. These are verbal and manipulative. These aggressors begin with threats and intimidation, and next move to physical aggression if necessary. Case Studies offer a slice-of-life reality to any field of study or research. A key first step is to identify potential aggressors. Many of them will be males with average to low-average intelligence, exhibiting limited academic interests and skills. These students typically are action-oriented males who may begin with threats of aggression. They then quickly move on to taking action if their intimidations are not immediately successful. Aggressive females tend to be verbal, but less physically aggressive.
