Abstract

In this paper the authors have presented critical analysis of the solutions regulated in the new set of judicial laws, which constitute the basis for the implementation of the material reform of the judicial system. The paper has outlined the hysterical development of the judicial system, starting from the Kingdom of Yugoslavia up today and judicial organization in the member states - republics of the former Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. In the concluding remarks the authors have stated the crucial preconditions for the successful implementation of the reform of the judicial system and for the efficient exercise of judicial function in Serbia.
