Abstract
Law on Commercial Companies, also known as Business or Corporate Law, is an area of law governing the rights, relations, and conduct of companies and those involved in them. The company life-cycle from its founding to its end is one of the focal points of this book. , as well as encompassing more fringe aspect of common law and civil law. The key piece of legislation, at least in Cameroon, for this book is the Uniform Act relating to commercial companies and economic interest group, amended on 30 January 2014.
