Abstract
Abstract Authentic samples of sorghum sirup and cane sirup have heen ohtained and analyzed for total solids, reducing sugars, sucrose, ash, Winton lead number, and polarization at 87°C. These analytical data may he used as guides in establishing purity of the sorghum cane and sugar cane sirups. Because of the similarity and the overlapping ranges of values, the sirups cannot be readily distinguished in blends
