Abstract

This paper discusses the types of insider threats in organizations and their mitigation methods. The human factor is the major cause of security threats in organizations. A framework is designed in this study to prevent insider threats and the security aspects of digital library architecture are described. The technical and management approaches to prevent threats are discussed.
