Abstract
This article tries to examine the factors influencing the work life balance among women employees And tries to find the relationship between personal and work-related profile of women employees on work life balance. Work life balance has been researched quite a lot and has become the need of the hour. The study was conducted among 350 women employees working in IT companies in Chennai. The study concluded that work life balance of women employees is greatly influenced by personal and organisational factors. The women employees greatly demanded for organisation support for enhancing their work life balance.
