Abstract
Material Requirements Planning (MRP) is become well accepted for inventory planning during last several decades. In recent years howewer, envolving through Closed-Loop MRP, Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP II) has become of interest to manufacturing companies. Several companies which have installed MPR, have decide to implement MRP II systems and started their path achieve a class-A user status. This paper places emphasis on a number of concepts, related to the fact thar all manufacturing companies share similar problems that MRP to an MRP II systems and identifies benefits from totally integrated manufacturing management system.
