Investigation and Research on Vocational Education Teachers' Competencies Based on Smart Learning Environment

The development of vocational education in China has always been concerned and the teachers of vocational education are the main force in training applied works. Smart learning environment puts forward higher requirements for teachers' qualities, this article through the questionnaire survey method, carries on the analysis to the vocational education teacher's present situation. Starting from three aspects of teaching ability, professional ability and vocational analysis ability, the investigation content includes the way, motivation, content, demand and opportunity to improve the quality of vocational education teachers, so as to understand the current situation of the cultivation of vocational education teachers' quality and make the quality of vocational education teachers meet the requirements of smart learning environment.
