Abstract
One-stage posterior correction and second-stage anterior complementary debridement and fusion is an effective procedure for children with thoracic tuberculosis complicated with kyphoscoliosis. Significant postoperative deformity correction could be achieved with satisfactory improvement of neurological function. Solid fusion and satisfactory correction maintenance were observed at mid-to long-term follow-up.
