Резюме В доклада се изследват последните законодателни решения, касаещи правомощията на ИА Главна инспекция по труда с оглед потребностите на съвременния пазар на труда. Изследването е съсредоточено върху административноправните аспекти на проблематиката предвид принадлежността на органа към специализираната структура на държавната администрация. Въз основа на анализа се правят изводи и обобщения. Abstract The report examines the latest legislative solutions, concerning the powers of the General Labour Inspectorate Executive Agency considering the necessities of the contemporary employment market. The examination is concentrated on the administrative-law aspects of the problems, having in mind the subordination of this organ to the specialized structure of the state administration. Based on the analysis the author makes conclusions and summaries.
