STORMWATER REGULATORY PERSPECTIVE IMPACTS OF THE NPDES STORMWATER PHASE II REGULATIONS ON INDUSTRIAL FACILITIESThe NPDES Stormwater Phase II Regulations will impact Industrial Facilities. Facilities across the country will be subject to the same basic regulations as mandated by the federal program, but each local permitting authority (i.e. the State of Indiana's Department of Environmental Management) will adopt it's own specific perspective (i.e. statutes, rules) on these regulations.
