Description of several species of poplar Aphelenchida nematodes in Jiangsu Province.

Abstract
Five species of Aphelenchida nematodes were identified in 108 samples collected from the roots,rhizosphere soil and stem of poplar tree from Zhenjiang,Yangzhou,Huai'an,Lianyungang,Suzhou and Wuxi city of Jiangsu Province from June to November in 2008,i.e.Aphelenchus sparsus,Aphelenchoides helicus,Aphelenchoides limberi,Aphelenchoides haguei and Seinura citri.Among those nematodes,Aphelenchus sparsus,Aphelenchoides helicus,Aphelenchoides haguei and Seinura citri were species of new records in Jiangsu Province,and the poplar tree was new host of the four species.
