Abstract
This report provides a general plotting routine to express x, y type tabular data in a 2 dimensional graphical form. The program contains a scaling routine to maximize plot coverage and calculate axis length and tick marks. The routines are written in Fortran IV computer language and designed to run on a Hewlett-Packard HP 1000 computer system with Graphics 1000 plotting software and a graphics terminal or plotter.
