Abstract

Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) are two foundations for the Webpage Development course that is one of required courses in the Information Technology major at our college. This assignment designs a page layout framework to display major topics covered in HTML and CSS. The topics are included in a sequence of homework assignments starting from learning about standard HTML document structure to configuring cascading style sheets. The learning objectives of this assignment include (1) designing a page layout with a navigation bar, (2) summarizing the skills learned in HTML and CSS, and (3) polishing previous HTML and CSS assignments.
