Abstract

Radioimmunoassay for dihydrozeatinriboside--group cytokinins(mainly including DHZ, DHZR)has been developed. Dihydrozeatinriboside(DHZR)was selected as hapten and coupled to bovine serum albumin (BSA) via NalO_(4)oxidation, then synthesized immunogen DHZR-N_(9)-BSA. Antisera against this immunogen was raised in New Zealand white rabbits, Its titer, determined by use of (~(3)H)DHZ as tracer, reaches 1:1370(B%=30%). The antisera cross-react mainly with DHZR-group cytokinins. Recovery ((~(3)H)DHZ as interstandard)is 96.9%. Sentivity is 12 femtomol DHZR/tube. Linear detection range is 0.1-100 picomol DHZR/tube. Coefficient of variation within batch is 4.3% and that between batches is 2.0%.
