Pile of Paper

The pile of paper environment is one of the simplest environments to create and can be set up in a few minutes. The students can be involved in making the newsprint into balls by loosely screwing them up. This chapter provides information on equipment required and instructions for creating the pile of paper environment. It discusses the ways to make use of pile of paper. The chapter presents an example of how this environment has been used. In the example, the pile of paper activity was used during a Bamboozle residency to introduce a character to a story that the students were involved in making up.
