Abstract
Objective:To investigate clinical effect of azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray and triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray on seasonal allergic rhinitis patients. Methods: 120 seasonal allergic rhinitis patients were divided into treatment A group(42 cases), and control B(38 cases),control C group(40 cases) in which treatment A group was treated by azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray and triamcinolone acetonide nasal apray, control B group was treated by azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray, control C was treated by triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray. The period of treatment was 3 months, a total of 120 days. Results: The total effective rate of treatment A group was 93.75%,which was obviously superior to control group(P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of azelastine hydrochloride nasal spray and triamcinolone acetonide nasal spray is very effective for seasonal allergic rhinitis patients.
