Using quasi eksperimen with pretest-posttest controlgroup design, a total of 24 respondents participated in this study.Univariate and bivariate analyzes were using the statistical of test t-test and annova. The study conclude that self-insulin injection education effects to increase knowledge and injection skilled in type 2 diabetic’s patient with p :0,002, ∝ < 0,05. Hospitals and primary health care are advised to implement self-insulin injection education to increase quality of life diabetics patient
