Abstract

This study was conducted among the students attending D school located in B area, who included 17 individuals - 8 in the exercise group and 9 in the control group that did not participate in the program. As for the exercise frequency, they participated in the program 3 times a week for 12 weeks(60 minutes per day). The results are as follows: 1. As for the physical strength, the exercise group showed significant difference(p.01) over time while the control group showed no difference. Significant difference was found in the analysis between groups(p.01). As for endurance, the exercise group showed significant difference(p.001) over time while the control group showed no difference. Significant difference was found in the analysis between groups(p.01). As for flexibility, the exercise group showed Significant difference(p.05) over time while the control group showed no difference. Significant difference was found in the analysis between groups(p.05). As for cardiovascular endurance, the exercise group showed significant difference(p.05) over time while the control group showed no difference. Significant difference was found in the analysis between groups(p.01). 2. As for the blood bone metabolic index OC, the exercise group showed significant difference(p.001) over time while the control group showed no difference. Significant difference was found in the analysis between groups(p.05). As for ALP, the exercise group showed significant difference(p.001) over time while the control group showed no difference. Significant difference was found in the analysis between groups(p.01).
