The Relationships among Leisure Experience, Leisure Competence, Leisure Flow, Leisure Satisfaction and Happiness of Social Baseball Participant

The purpose of the study is to suggest the practical data to the leisure staffing in order to expand the base of amateur baseball and attract continued social baseball participation. For this goal, this paper will clarify the relationships among leisure experience, leisure competence, leisure flow, leisure satisfaction and happiness of amateur baseball participant. This paper chose social baseball participant who take part in the social baseball league and a questionnaire was distributed to 400 social baseball participation and a total of 369 through sur-vey after distribution of questionnaire sheet by using convenience sampling. For the analysis of data, frequen-cies analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis were executed by using SPSS 17.0 for Windows and confirmatory factor analysis, verification of model suitability and path analysis was made using Amos 7.0. The research results are as follows: First, leisure experience had statistically significant influence on leisure competence. Second, leisure experience had statistically significant influence on leisure flow. Third, leisure experience had not statistically significant influence on leisure satisfaction. Forth, leisure competence had sta-tistically significant influence on leisure satisfaction. Fifth, flow had statistically significant influence on leisure satisfaction. Sixth, leisure competence had statistically significant influence on happiness. Seventh, leisure flow had not statistically significant influence on happiness. Eighth, leisure satisfaction had statistically significant in-fluence on happiness.
