Abstract
The purpose of this study was empirically analysis relationship marketing implement factors on customer satisfaction, relationship quality and customer loyalty of fitness center. The 400 fitness center customers were chosen from 8 fitness center located in Seoul and Bundang. Among 400 questionnaires distributed and collected, 61 were excluded from the study because they were neither thoughtfully nor completely answered. For the purpose of this study, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, correlation, multiple regression analysis were performed. The research results of this study indicate that First, relationship marketing implement factors had a significant influence on customers satisfaction. Second, relationship marketing implement factors had a significant influence on relationship quality. Third, customer satisfaction had a significant influence on relationship quality. Fourth, customer satisfaction had a significant influence on customer loyalty. Finally, relationship quality had a significant influence on customer loyalty.
