Abstract
Abstract The anaerobic biological treatment of wastewater of fermentation from the process of isoleucine production is studied in this paper.Basted on the static experiment,a dynamic experiment is proceeded with a upflow anaerobic sludge bed (UASB)reactor.The experimental results show that the biological treatment of wastewater of fermentation is feasible and the COD removal efficiency is more than 80%.The Process conditions are that,the temperature is 35±1 degree Celsius,the hydraulic retention time (HRT)is 10h,the greatest organic load is 8kgCOD/m~(3)·d and the gas produce ratio is 6.3L/kgCOD.
