Abstract

Superficial temporal artery -middle cerebral artery combined with encephalo-duro- arterio-myo-synangiosis (STA-MCA+EDAMS) and encephalo-duro-arterio-myo-synangiosis (EDAMS) can significantly improve neurological function and cerebral hemodynamics in adult moyamoya disease patients with high safety.
