Abstract
Studying the esterase-isozyme and perxidase-isozyme and soluble protein between the aphids in spindlegallnut and the ones in long date gallnut with electrophoresis shows that the same Kaburgia rhusicola Takagi identified by morphology can cause spindlegallnut and long date gallnut. The two forms gallunts differ in terms of soluble protein and esterase-isozyme. Differential coefficients are respectively 0.2571 and 0.067; and also shows that aphid species of kaburgia rhusicola Takagi has differentiated. Aphids in plas modium gallnuts have trended to differentiate to different bion on molecular level.
