Abstract
The methods of culture of the mycelia of P. linteus were studied. The mycelia of P. linteus best grew on the barley medium. Polysaccharide extracted from mycelia of P. linteus. The tumorinhibition ratios of polysaccharide were 50.0%-50.5% against S-180 and L_(1210).
