SMEs(Middle-Small Sized Enterprises)have made great contributions to the socio-economic development.As the status and role of SMEs becoming more and more important,SME development issues have also been the world's attention.Especially the issue of financing and the development of SMEs has become the top constraint problems. The financing structure for the theory to point,the focus of the enterprise financial growth cycle theory and the new theory superior to preface financing for SMEs financing options described on the basis of selected United States,Japan and China's Taiwan Province financing system analysis through to the United States,Japan,MyTaiwan SME financing system,more integrated financing policy,to establish a perfect our system of financing some suggestions.
