Abstract

Objective:To explore the effect of hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy in the therapy of female infertility.Methods:The clinical data of 136 cases of infertile famales who were examined by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy were analysed retrospectively.Results:Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy showed high positive rate,better than hysteroscopy or laparoscopy alone.Conclusions:Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy is the best method for the therapy of female infertility presently.
