Abstract

During the reformation and practice, Deng Xiaoping, combining the Marxism with practice in China, solved a series of problems about the proletarian party's construction in socialist countries. So a scientific and complete theory on ruling party's construction has been formed. In the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party, it's significant for us to study and master this theory.
