Abstract
It introduces the status of the data acquisition system, analyzes the function demands of the high speed data acquisition system, gives in detail about the system frame and the circuits of the main module. In this system, it uses AD976A as the analog to digital converter, DSP(TMS320C5402)as the CPU,and takes FT245BM to realize the USB2.0 communication interface function, FLASH memory is used to backup the sampling data. It shows the design scheme for high speed data acquisition system.
