Abstract
The affection of quantization error for SNR in digital beam forming(DBF)is analyzed on the perfect and normal conditions respectively.Quantization error of signals and weight values is considered together,and the simulation result is given at last.The analysis shows that the SNR is improved by increasing the quantization bit number.But when it is large enough,the impact does not change any more.The analysis result and process are valuable for the decision of quantization bit number in the system design.
