Analyse of Esterase Isozymes in Oats.

Abstract

cultivars of oat (Avena sativa L.)were used to analyze the esterase isozymes by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in the vertical plate.The results were as follows: There were 16 bands,7 phenotypes of esterase isozymes in 10 cultivars of oats;there were significant differences between propagated cultivars and introduced cultivars.
