Abstract
In view of the construction of new rural area of China,the value orientation of new rural education is the cultivation of new peasants who are learned,skilled,and good at management.The construction of the rural compulsory education,vocational education,adult education and cultural establishments should be in correspondence to the cultivation of new peasants.
