RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF DEEP PLUGGING WATER IN OIL WELL

Based on the problems existent in common water plugging technique, such as low increase production, short period of validity and so on, the deep water plugging technique was developed. The technique make water plugging agents with intensity from weakness to strong are injected into far, zone of transition and immediate vicinity of wellbore of high penetrability formation, as a result the goals of deep plugging water, extending period of validity, adding oil and decreasing water were attained. The laboratory experiment indicates that the deep water plugging in oil well could improve flooding conformance factor and oil recovery factor. The field experiment indicated that deep water plugging technique is a controlling water and stabilizing oil technique, it is worth popularizing and applying.
