Compare the effects of hematopoietin therapy on maintenance hemodialysis patients of anemia with blood perfusion in series with hemodialysis or hemodialysis filtration

Objective To compare the effects of hematopoietin therapy on maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)patients of anemia with blood perfusion in series with hemodialysis(HP+HD)or hemodialysis filtration(HDF).Method Choose MHD 40 patients,random anemia patients are divided into HP + HD group and HDF group.HP + HD group in weekly 2 times per week HD,regular once did HP + HD,HDF group in twice per week,weekly regular HD do a HDF,Each time for 4 hours dialysis.All accept promote red meat subcutaneous injection,oral iron,folic acid supplements hematopoietic materials agent.Observe 6 months,detection of small molecules solute and anemia index.Results Two sets of small molecules solutes after treatment,the decline rate no obvious difference in macromolecular solute(β 2 Mg,PTH),inflammation factors in HP + HD group,hemoglobin is HDF hematocrit value,rising HP + HD group,more than HDF group also has significant difference(P0.05).Conclusion Combined the use of eryt HP + HD, in that small molecules to remove toxin,on the basis of the full weight has increased to remove toxin and cuhk uremia anemia treated more HDF more effective.
